My beloved friend Suzanne Bolton gifted me with John Baxter's "The Most Beautiful Walk In The World"...John lives in Paris and we are set to meet in the Latin Quarter where he lives. I have laughed endlessly through this book and appreciated the history shared. The never-ending stories of this Quartier so wonderfully told...Another sunny day in Paris so off to walk the streets of Paris.

Reserved tables for the "literary elite". ...card games and cigars...Picasso and Ernest Hemingway came often..
Just one of the ever so upscale shops....oh the endless perfection of display and more! Feast for the eyes which is why "licking the windows" is a pastime here for the walkers.
