During the Vancouver Film Festival I went to see a film about the homeless in Paris. Somehow, in my euphoric state in May I saw few. This trip has been different...on my own in Paris at a family time I have experienced and spoken with many...they take shelter in the Metro and so grateful that it is not cold. Their stories are heart wrenching as you would expect.
The faces tell it all... in the end I could not take their photos.
It is a grey day here today and this song speaks loudly given their reality....power outages in the East have affected my family and many more....counting blessings!
