CHRISTMAS DINNER À LA PIXIE

Having French quests would make most nervous....what can I say! This trip has been about learning new approaches to food and who better than the French for inspiration! Can hardly wait for my cooking tour (thanks to Laura/Rex/Olivia Moore) in the New Year!

Here is Christmas Dinner and it got rave reviews...Merci, Merci, Merci!

Started with a chestnut and apricot dressing

Meet the Caille (quail)...my butcher was all smiles as he showed them with the drooping heads and feathers still on the neck......oh they were good!

The perfect dessert....
